Tempe is one of Indonesian original culinary. It is made by fermenting soybeans with bacteria yeast named rhizopus oligosporus. First, soybeans are boiled, then mixed them with yeast bacteria rhizopus oligosporus. Boil dry soybeans and yeast bacteria. Then, wrapped these mixture with banana leaves, and leave for two or three days, until dehydrated. At last, cut off both poles of the wrapping, and tempe is ready to be served.
